The Client Advocate is the front line worker and directs the response from Cairn Health. The Client Advocate works with our clients to identify needs and then helps think of creative solutions utilizing available community and individual resources, in addition to our traditional prescription and vision care voucher services. Their goal is to help meet the client where they are and to advocate for them within the health and social service system within our community. Successful client advocates are passionate about helping others, they are good at multitasking and problem solving, and they enjoy an environment where they are working directly with those who are in need. They are able to work individually but function well within a team structure supporting each other to provide the best assistance to our clients.
